Clean, stock, and supply designated official areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
Laundry and ironing services for the head of the institution and family, and for official laundry needs
Follow-up instructions from the head of the institution /Direct Supervisor regarding maintenance of specific clothes/jewelry.
Before the end of the work a daily final check in the kitchen, garbage, washbasin, etc.
Detailed cleaning of the private kitchen; bathrooms, bedrooms, and other rooms that are not used on a daily basis.
Cleaning the terrace floor/balconies according to use and weather.
Cleaning of the windows inside and outside.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Report immediately to the Direct Supervisor any issues related to the maintenance of the premises and any damages/losses of the equipment/utensils.
Take care of the residence surroundings (cleaning entrance, sidewalks)
Check weekly the need for cleaning products; prepare a list of cleaning materials and stock and maintain supply rooms.
Maintain polite, correct behavior to all staff and visitors
Ensure that the Wardrobe area for the guests is always clean and ready
Support the Chef in the kitchen during the preparation of events/receptions and cleaning up afterward.
Set up the dining area as per instructions
On special occasions serve guests during events/dinners/lunches.
